The phone rang, and the police officer answered. “Hallo?” He said. “Hallo! I was just getting home from work, when I saw my neighbor bleeding on the floor! A woman said scared in the phone. “How did you see it Miss.?” He asked.” I knew that he wouldn’t be home this weekend, so I was going to take his newspaper from the floor and back in my flat, so he could get it when he got home again. And then I looked through the crack to see if everything was on the right place. But it wasn´t! He is laying on the floor, bleeding and I can´t get in!” She cried in the phone. “Okay what is your location?” He says. “429 Market Street, Manchester! Hurry.” She screamed. “I’m on my way. Stay where you are!” The police officer said in a calm voice. They hurried out to the cars, started it, and drove. The sirens were turned on. And they drove fast.
They came to the flat, stayed out of the cars and ran in to the frustrated women. “Are you the one I was talking to in the phone?” The police officer asked. “Yes! Follow me. His flat is next to mine.” She said. They took all their gear and followed her. To get into the victim, they needed to break down the door because it was bolted shut. The police officer´s looked around in the room, to see if anything looked suspicious. He leaned over the victim to check the vital signs like the pulse and breath. No pulse, no breathing unfortunately he was dead. They collected DNA samples from under his fingernails. One of the police officer’s walked over to the window, and saw that it wasn´t closed completely. And then he saw that there was a fingerprint. He took his little dust-brush and brushed some black dust on the imprint. Then he took some foil and collected the samples. “Alright folks! We are done in here, so take it back to the lap.”
