In my eyes, one of the most important reasons is the revolution of the technology. You can contact almost everybody on the world, you can learn much about other cultures at the internet and in the past it was not very easy to get to another country. Now you just take a fly to Spain in a few of hours. But are there some disadvantages? Now, you maybe don’t have to travel to another country, you can also just read on the internet about it, and so you know everything about it. Or do you? No. You have to travel to this country, so you know the people, their traditions and so forth. But that is no problem, you only have to take a fly to the chosen country. That is only one of a few of advantages of the globalisation. As a global teenager you just have to be tolerant, and you all can like what you want: - French music, Italian food and Spanish as a language.

Now you can get everything from any place of the world. We all listen to English music on the radio, watch American shows on TV or films at the cinema, eat food from Italy and almost every other country and got toys from China, cars from Sweden, mobile phones from Finland, chocolate from Belgium. But got the globalisation also got some disadvantages? Yes, it does. The small states cannot engage in the international market, but the Nations nevertheless support it, as a result of the free market economy. The whole market on the world grows together, and that will never stop. Also, the states can maybe not get into their own market, because there will always be another state, that produces things cheaper as the own country. That also got consequences for the job market. Many jobs get decomposed by the big companies and so these jobs get to another country, for example in the east of Europe, because the jobholders work for less money. But almost only the big companies do that, most of the national manufactures keep their office in their country, but it gets harder for them, because they still have to keep the prices of their goods. Another example is the film industry. Almost every TV show for the people on my age, comes from the USA or the idea for this show comes thenceforth.
