I never thought I would jump on the Twitter-wave. Never thought that I would be one of the Facebook addicted persons, who cannot go trough a day without going online. I always swore that my phone did not need to could anything else but making calls or texting. But I got wiser.

Twitter is a social network. It is pretty much like the thousand other online social networks, just a bit more simple… It is sort of a combination of blogging, Facebook with status updates and text messaging.
At Twitter you can post updates – called a tweet - of what you are doing right know in a short message with or without a picture uploaded with the message, follow your friends, get their updates and even follow famous persons too.
It is getting more and more “in” to follow your friends in everything they carry out during the day. It do not matter how irrelevant it is. You still want to know.
Downloading apps for your phone, cause you still want the updates, even when you are not at the computer. Pressing “yes” to receive “push-messages” on it too (means; getting a message on your phone every time a new update is written on Twitter)
