First I would like to say a few words about your great ideas. I like your great idea of giving the young students money each time they pass an exam. Splendid, I agree. If I had any sort of opportunity to earn money, by passing exams, sure I would do my best, to earn the highest amount of money, which also would make me do my best at exam, and I would pass each and every exam with the greatest effort that I could possibly give.
There are two great things by using this idea in the public schools. First; it motivates the students to give it extra effort at the exams, because it have more benefits, which is the money. Who would not study for money? The country which I am from, Denmark, we have this thing called S.U. which is support for the studying people at the age 18 and up. It is like the same idea which you came up with, just for another age group. It works this way; if you are not willing to go to school, and stay away from school for a longer time, you will lose the support. That motivates a lot of students to stay, finish the school, and graduate with a greater result, than if you did not have this extra support, which leads me to the second great thing about this idea.
