7th October 793 Dear Diary Today was a creepy, scary and dangerous day! It all started this morning: I was going to pray to god with the other monks. I said to god:” please god let no evil touch the village, we have just fixed the whole. our small village, Middleton had been attacked for some time ago and they destroyed all we owned and they killed also many people. One of those who were killed was one of my good brothers. He was the only monk they killed that day, but you can never know when they will come
