Today was a creepy, scary and dangerous day! It all started this morning: I was going to pray to god with the other monks.
I said to god:” please god let no evil touch the village, we have just fixed the whole. our small village, Middleton had been attacked for some time ago and they destroyed all we owned and they killed also many people. One of those who were killed was one of my good brothers. He was the only monk they killed that day, but you can never know when they will come again, so please god don't let them come again”.
But god could not ban the Vikings to come back, so they came.
The whole village ran and screamed:”the Danes are coming, the Danes are coming”!!
I ran out of the church and I could see the big warship with the big cannons. they fired some cannon balls and they hit the church.
”Noooooooooooooo”, I said, while I ran.
Now were the most of the Vikings on the ground. I saw them run around with their axes made of flint stabbed into the people and all our things. I was very afraid.
The Danes shouted:” Hahaaa, nu kommer vi og plyndrer jer! Vi vil stjæle alt jeres guld og dræber jer der står i vejen”!
