I am applying for the Ashbury College because I’ve always known what I wanted to do with my life and Ashbury School has so much to offer me. Sciences have always been a passion of mine, and medicine in particular has interested me for some time. Dedicating my life to improving the lives of others is very appealing to me. My goal is to be a scientist and I have been told that Ashbury has a great chemistry class. One day I will make a remedy that will cure cancer. My favorite classes are English and Chemistry. It is important for me that I will get accepted on this school, because it has been a tradition for my family in years. My family moved to Canada for four generations ago and ever since they have applied to Ashbury.
You should choose me because I am a bright young woman who is not afraid of challenge. In the first year of Greater Victoria high school I was the Pupil council. I was the youngest freshman who won the cricket contest in 2009 and manager of several of clubs. . During high school I was involved in a physician program called medical mentorship. I volunteered at Sparrow Hospital this fall. I speak four different languages. In my spare time I like to hunt elks and watch Discovery Channel. I study three to four hours after school with my Asian friend. We are always competing to whom gets the best grades. We both get A+ in every single class.
