“Unfortunately, I think a lot of people are affected more by the idea of fame than the actual work ethic involved. A lot of them just want to be reality TV-type people who don't do anything.”- Katy Perry

I have chosen to write about Reality, because I would like to know why young people join the Reality environment and what they think it will gain. I would like to get around Big Brother and Paradise Hotel, and compare them to each other, what makes it different from each. What is it about? What happens after the program? How does reality looks in the feature? Those questions would I answer lower in the text.

Reality is what we today call the television of stupidly. Or what the most of the world’s population do. If you ask a random person in a mall about Reality, they would despise it. But what we all forgot is that Reality-TV is not only based on stupidly. In Denmark we have got X-factor, Dancing with the stars, The police station, Women rescuers etc. Those programs are actually very interesting, they show us Denmark from another side, for example The police station and Women rescuers, we see Denmark from a second angle. There is a camera-team that follows them, and it is like we are present. Those programs are teachable, because you lean stuff that isn’t wrote anywhere. The two most popular Reality programs in Denmark is Paradise Hotel and Big Brother, they are the two most mention programs, in television, Facebook and newspapers. So when someone hears the word “Reality” they automatically think, stupid people that have sex on TV and play dump for money. Because that’s what they almost only do, on those two programs.
