Apartheid is an Africans word that means separateness. It started in 1948 and dominated Southafrica in nearly 50 years. The apartheid dint just come out of the blue air. The black people saw their country as a gift from god, so they protected it with all they had. The withes endet up seeing the blacks as a thread and that’s where the apartheid started. With the apartheid followed 148 rules that were given to the blacks. They had to carry ID at all time and couldn’t go outside their home at night or early morning. There were places like banks
