Being hold out of other people is hard, that’s an experienced that makes us sad, as a human being.

We need to have an accepted that other people like us, which make us happy. We use our family as a safe environment, but what about these persons who has lost their family either mental or physical, its hurts to have no one to care about or to look after you, someone who want let you down. The main character in “Letter to a cat” experience this problem.

The story goes on in Ireland we given that information when Norma read Sunday Tribune, which is an Irish newspaper, the story is also an Irish short story. They live by the beach. The only thing we get to know about the family’s house is that its number 42.

The family house doesn’t have this homeliness and soul, that gives a family atmosphere.

Norma is the main character, we really get her to know, because we get informed about her thoughts and feelings, so we really gets to understand how she feels and react on they way she gets threat. Norma is being held out of her family home. So she has this connection to their cat.
