I was at the match between City Ranger and Capital United and I want to tell what I experienced. The match started well, and I thought it would be like all other matches, but then a brute foul was committed and the referee showed the red card. One side of the crowd was happy the other wasn’t. The crowd that wasn’t happy started to throw things at the players and some of them ran into the field.
After the match yesterday, I regret going and I feel embarrassed that people can’t act properly. People started fighting and chaos broke out I tried to escape, but it was impossible. Every were I looked people were fighting with each other. You could see that the players also were embarrassed to see their fans fight like that. You could see roman candles everywhere and thought about how can that be possible? I was hiding behind a chair and then a security man came and assisted me out. I was scared, and if that security man didn’t come, I could have been dead by now. According to me it should not be possible to bring roman candles into a match and such a chaos should not break out. I think that the security should be more sharped. I think that I think that hooliganism is very wrong and I think when people do that it show that they are not developed. When I see things like that it just show me how people can get emotionally connected to a team and let their feelings take control. I have seen a lot of hooliganism on the internet and on the TV, but to experienced it is very different from seeing it.
