The movie is about Juno MacGuff that is 16 years old, and get pregnant with her friend, Paulie Bleeker. She initially considers an abortion. But changes her mind and planning to adopt her child, her friend Leah helped her. She is looking for a couple who can’t have a child She also decides to tell his father, Mac and stepmother Bren, the whole story. Along with Mac meetings Juno couple, Mark and Vanessa Loring to be adopting her child. Juno is hang out with Mark sometimes, even though her stepmother, Bren, warned her not to hang out with a married man alone. While Junos belly become larger, she struggles with her feelings to the child’s father (Paulie Bleeker), even thought Paulie loves Juno, but Juno always rejects Paulie, But when she founds out he invite another girl to the school prom, and then she become angry and hurt, Paulie remind her that she was the one who won’t be with him.
Later… Juno is hanging out with Mark, he tells her that he will leave Vanessa. When Vanessa whent home Mark told her that he wasn’t ready to become a dad, and there was another thing he will do before he will be a dad. After there relationship was over. Juno drive home crying, and write a letter to Vanessa. She returns to their front door, leaving a handwritten message to Vanessa and disappear when they open the door. After Juno accepts that she loves Paulie. Juno tells Paulie that she loves him. Shortly after it time for Juno to give birth to a baby boy. She had deliberately not told it to Paulie because of his important track meet. When he sees Juno is not at the stands, he hurries to the hospital where he comforts and embraces Juno as she cries.
