English Assignment #8 Romantic poetry “Come forth into the light of things, let nature be your teacher.” This was a quote told by William Wordsworth, who was a poet from the first generation of the Romanticism. The Romanticism was an artistic literally period in Europe towards the end of the 18th century. Poetry from the romantic period placed great emphasis on nature as a living personality and meant that company of nature gives joy to the human heart. This was also the essence of what William Wordsworth’s poems revolved around. “The world is too much with us” and “The tables
