Student's idea for gun control

Dear president Obama, today at school I read one of your list where you wrote some rules/plans about gun control. I sat down and started reading it, some of the rules I didn’t really get them to start with. Not because they were stupid but because I couldn’t really understand them, u used a very hard language for a younger boy like me to understand. But that didn’t stop me. one the plans that u made sounded like this “Bans military-style assault weapons and limits magazines to a capacity of 10 rounds.” I don’t get how that would help? Because just because u only have 10 rounds doesn’t mean it would stop u from killing. I don’t think that rule would help that much? Instead I came up with an idea to you sir president that you maybe could listen to and work on…. “ I think that u should tell all the Factories that they should only design guns with finger prints, that needs to scan your fingers before you can shoot. I think that would be helpful in the future!!

I know that that’s going to be expensive, but I also thought about that little thing maybe instead of paying 4 billion dollars for 15,000 local police you should pay those money for safer fingerprint guns thank you
