Experts are warning about that addiction to technology is becoming the fastest growing illness in the 21century. Teenagers all over the world are hooked on video games, and they do not realize how addicting it can be. In this video, we meet a boy who is addicted to the game “World Of Warcraft” and he is playing about 16 hours per day. His mother is worried and says his personality has changed. He have become more violent and uses an uglier language than he used to. When they ask him, he claims that he can quit when he wants, and it is his own choice, but his mother believes that he is hooked like an alcoholic. He choose to meet people and explore in the game, instead of in real life. Therefore, to him it is just not a game. Millions around the world play computer games, and this boy has up to 500 players from other countries in his guild. It is a whole fantasy world, like a book, but a book ends. A boy in China committed suicide because he wanted to join the heroes he said. In the video they claim they see more cases every day and they are sure about the next diagnose will be related to internet addiction and we will hear a lot more about this problem.
