Tesla's attic is one of the most entertaining and well-written book I have read, it is an enjoyable book both for kids and adults, and is one of the books in the Accelerati trilogy. The authors Neal Shuster man and Eric Elfman did a good job at writing it, since it is very easy to read, with just 256 pages. Disney Hyperion Books published the book in February 11, 2014.
This sci-fi and fantasy novel is about a fourteen year old boy, who moves with his dad and little brother to Colorado springs to recover from a horrible disaster, when he climbs up the ladder to the attic he gets hit in the head with a toaster, but he also finds items he thinks is 'junk'.
The two main characters is Nick Slate, and he is in eight grade. He is an intelligent and very reasonable boy and has dark brown hair. We read that he has a dad and a little brother named Danny. The other main character is Caitlin, she is Nick's friend and helps Nick solve problems
The setting of the novel is in Colorado Springs. The main places where the story takes place is in Nick's house, Caitlin's house, this is the place that took a big role because it was here Nick and Caitlin understood Tesla's brilliant plan and a school in Colorado Springs, there is no specific time given, but the story is in the past.
