I believe healthy living is when you eat healthy and exercise at least one hour per day. And by healthy food I mean an vary diet, with a different meal everyday, with different vitamins. By eating the same kind of food day after day, you won’t get all the vitamins you need for your body. Beside your diet, you must exercise. Experts say that one hour per day is the minimum amount of exercise you need. Being healthy doesn’t only reflect on you body, it also effects you mind. If you are being unhealthy your body will be lazy and tired, and that makes your day unmanageable and stressed. And this life style is easy to enter. Because if you like junk food and a little snack once in a while, it can easy over come the healthy food and exercise. And when you first are being unhealthy, you will have a hard time getting healthy again. The fit and strong body is simple to keep, but a lazy and tired body takes plenty of effort to train.
Its okay to grab a snack ones in a while, that doesn’t make you completely unhealthy, but if you eat a lot of candy bars and junk food everyday it will damage your body.
