I think healthy living is, when you eat vary food and do physical activities, because the young people of today eat too much junk food. Many young eat unhealthy food and also forget to eat breakfast even if it is an important meal.
USA have too many overweighs, because they also eat too much fast food, watch television and eat snack and drinks cola, but the same problem are being infectious to Denmark. I don’t think there is something wrong with people who are eating in front of the television. You’re not getting thinner of eating the food out in the kitchen with the kitchen table? A little snack or two sometimes in front of the television is not a problem in my opinion. But I think it’s very serious problem for overweighs or fat people when they, are eating in front of the television all the time, and only goes away from the sofa when they need to get more food or go to the toilet. It’s their own problem if they are fat, and off course they have chosen that way of living, and they will give it to their children, because they can not learn them to eat healthy food and to exercise if they have the problem of doing it.
