“It’s no good! The wind’s too strong! We can’t get back!” Jack had to shout to make himself heard above the noise of the storm. We were surrounded by crashing waves. Our boat was too small.

For the first time, I began to feel scared. What if we got swept out to sea? What if no one knew where we were? How would we ever get back to dry land in this weather?

Ok, let me tell you the story from the beginning, we were five persons on the boat, we were drunk and thought that it was a good idea to sleep in the boat because we were very tired after a big and crazy party. The party was held close to the sea, this was why we chose the boat. I’m sure that the boat was tied up, but the next day, we woke up and were in the middle of the sea, we didn’t know what we should do about this problem, but in the beginning, we thought that the best solution would be not to panic and just think how we could contact somebody to help us, but we didn’t have an internet connection in the middle of the sea, we couldn’t see any dry land. We were there all day and it began to get dark and the night began to approach, and the boat began sailing faster and faster. When it was about 23-24 o`clock, the wind was very strong, and the sea sounded like it was hungry and wanted to eat us, “you know guys I don’t mean it literally”. We were in danger and I could feel it when Jack had to shout to make himself heard above the noise of the storm. It was the hardest time for me and all of us, I was thinking if we were there and no one knew anything about us. I was scared because of all the thoughts I had at this time, my friends were trying to get us out and one of us went completely mad because of this scary situation.
