Strange discovery

Finally, they discovered that it was a metal box. The box looked really old, it was completely rusty.

“Me and my dad were really surprised to find a box in the ground. I just thought it would be a normal day, with hard work in the garden again” tells Stuart Wilson.

Not an ordinary day

Mike told that, when they got the box out of the ground, they agreed to open it. But it was not something they had expected to find. In the box there was a bag, with a gun in it.

“At first I was really curious because what was the reason why there was a gun in my garden. But then I was also scared because it could have any impact on my family. But we were sure it had nothing to do with us, so we called the police” Tells Mike Wilson

An old case

The police had picked up the gun and had to examine the entire garden and house. “We have taken the gun into the police station where we examined it. For example, we have taken fingerprints of it. We checked what gun it was and which cartridges belonged to it. We found that it belonged to an old case that is about a murder” Police officer Jake Connor said.
