Finally they uncovered a strange shaped piece of metal. It looked like a ball surrounded by a thin disc with small circles which was made of metal too.
Stuart and his dad were really surprised. When they started digging they didn’t had in mind finding anything else than worms and snails, that’s for sure - Mike Wilson says.
17-year-old Stuart was truly surprised when he and his dad discovered this old thing buried in their own garden. Here is his story;
“First I didn’t know what it was. When my shovel hit the metallic thing I heard a really loud noise with a resound that lasted about thirty seconds. It took us about half an hour to dig the whole thing up, because we tried to be as carefully as possible. We were just so stunned when we saw it; it was about fifty centimetres in the diameter and thirty centimetres high. I really thought it was a spaceship or something close to that.”
It didn’t take long time for most of the country to hear about the mysterious thing at Stuart’s place. And afterwards two scientists arrived at the house. They got the permission to take the alien spaceship to their laboratory to study it. The Wilsons didn’t hear anything in weeks, even though they were calling the lab.
