I have chosen to write about the United States as I thought it was an exciting country and there is a lot of content in the country and a lot to write about.

The United States has some traditions, many of the traditions we also have in Denmark, but the Americans are more into them than we do. All the different holidays and anniversaries, they just make more of it. But many of them are similar such as, Easter, Valentine's Day, Long Friday, Easter Day, Halloween, New Year's Day.
But they also have some anniversaries that Danes don't celebrate, such as Martin Luther King Day, Super Bowl Sunday, Washington's Birthday, St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day (also called the workers' day in Denmark). They also celebrate Columbus Day, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving. Unlike in Denmark, Americans celebrate Christmas on December 25 and not December 24, just like in Denmark
