Beskrivelse af den tyske ø Sylt

Memorable place I have been in is a little German island called “Sylt”. I have been there a lot of times because I have a lot of families there. What makes it a special place is there lifestyle because it is so much different for compared to Denmark. There are a lot of rich German people, there has their holiday cottage. They have a beautiful nature, and some of their old houses are special. A lot of my family lives there, so every time I am there, we always visit a lot of my dad’s aunts. I have been there every Easter in my whole life. At Easter they normally decorate a lot, some when you drive on the road, you will see a lot of Easter decor. Sometimes I am there at Christmas. It’s nice to be there for Christmas because their town isn’t that big. It’s funny because there are a lot of people who know each other, so when you come to a restaurant, they have their good tables and the bad tables. So sometimes if there come some people they know, come in and want a table and there are any good tables back. They just put the people there have a good table in another place, so their friends can sit there. Sylt is an island there have been owned by a lot of countries. So, when you drive you can see that there is a lot of different nationalism there have joined, the little island so most of the people can speak 3 languages. In “Sylt” they are known for being good for fishing, and that is a culture they always have because it is an island so they have a coast all around. To come to Sylt, you need to take a boat or the train, you can’t drive because they don’t have a bridge. Sylt is a part of the “west sea” there is a national park. It is a lovely island, where all the people are kind. It has a beautiful nature. It has a different culture. And they have a good history.
