Give an outline of the events that led to the deaths of Fiona Pilkington and her daughter. (200-250 word)
According to the article, there is a girl named Fiona. She has an 18-year-old daughter named Francecca and a son named Anthony. Both of her children are disabled. They live in an area called Bardon Road in Barwell, Leicestershire. During the daytime, Bardon Road in Barwell, Leicestershire is calm, peaceful, and cozy. At night, however, it becomes much livelier. A gang of 10-11 children from the age of 8-17 flood the streets. They break into cars and homes by throwing rocks at the windows. These kids ride around town on their BMX bikes wearing black hoodies covering up everything but their eyes. Some of these people were robbed the whole town was scared of these children. When the neighbors were asked for an interview they refused because they were scared that the kids would throw a brick through their window and hurt them. Fiona experiences constant harassment from the gangs because her children are disabled. These kids can do these terrible things because their parents and the police do not punish them. They fear nobody because nobody can do anything to them. The kids are allowed to do whatever they want. Their parents did not punish them and there are no laws for these kids. This eventually made her kill herself and her daughter Francecca, by setting the car on fire with both of them inside on October 2007.
