Happiness Happiness is very difficult to describe in words. If you ask different people what happiness is, they could give multiple answers. Some find happiness in money, others feel happy when they are with family or in a good relationship. But what is happiness? When I look it up in the dictionary it says “a state of well-being and contentment: joy” I don’t think we need a formal definition of happiness. We know it when we feel it. I believe happiness have a pretty important role in our lives and it has a huge impact on who we are today.
