Skribentens beskrivelse af The blind side reviewI've given this movie 5/5 stars, based on its story and the way the movie is built. The movie “The blind side” is based on a true story and is about Michael Oher (Quinton Aaron) a homeless black teen, who goes by the name “Big Mike” and has dropped out of school. Michael’s father left when Michael was young, and his mother is a drug addict. Michael was put in to foster care but ran away several of times. Michael Oher then meets Leigh Anne Tuohy (Sandra Bullock) and her husband Sean (Tim McGraw). They take him in, give him a bed, love and a roof over his head and eventually become Michael's legal guardians. With help from Michael’s new family he starts school again and sees his potential as a football player, which brings him the opportunity to go to college with a football scholarship. The thing that makes this movie great, is overall the actors, and as we can see in “The blind side” all the actors, acting is on point. Especially Quinton Aron (Michael Oher) who really shows us the feelings of a black homeless teen, which no hope has till Sandra Bullock (Leigh Anne Tuohy) and Tim McGraw (Sean) shows up. |
