Resume af Sherlock Holmes: The Blind Banker

The blind Banker is the second episode in the TV-series Sherlock Holmes. It was written by Stephen Thompson and directed by Euros Lyn.

The film takes place in central London. At the National Antiquities Museum, a Chinese pottery expert Soo Lin Yao, sees something at the museum and disappear. Meanwhile Sherlock and Dr. Watson are taking a trip to the bank, because Dr. Watson is in financial problems, and he needs a paying job. At the bank Sherlock and Dr. Watson meets one of Sherlock’s old classmates, Sebastian. Sebastian asks Sherlock and Dr. Watson for help, because there has been a break-in in the bank. It was not an ordinary break-in, because nothing was stolen from the bank, one painting was writing over with spray paint, it was Chinese symbols. Sherlock thinks it was a message to Edward Van Coon, but he wasn’t at the bank, he was murdered in his flat. It looked like suicide but Sherlock don’t think it was, he think it was a crime. After a short time a journalist, Brian Lukis was also found killed. Sherlock and Dr. Watson find the same Chinese symbols in a library where Brian Lukis had been.

Meanwhile Dr. Watson has got a job at the local medical center. Here he meets a nurse, she’s name is Sarah. Sherlock and Dr. Watson get a clue, both of the murdered men, have been in China recently. Sherlock starts investigate the museum. He finds Soo Lin hiding. Soo Lin explains the symbols for Sherlock, she tells him that it is a code for the gang, Black Lotus. Suddenly the assassin came to the museum. Sherlock and Dr. Watson try to protect Soo Lin. The assassin starts shooting against Sherlock and Dr. Watson, none of them gets shot. Then there is no sound, and Sherlock and Dr. Watson hear one loud shot. They now know that, Soo Lin is dead.
