New Orleans is a nice place to go, if you like king cakes or jazz. But there is some places you should not visit.

If you were wondering what a king cake is, then this is a king cake.

The slums in New Orleans, is there because of Katrina.

Katrina left some houses demolished, and no one has fixed it. There is some people living in the slums, where the damaged houses are. And it’s very interesting to see the difference between the slums and the city.

This is the slums, and this is the city that was build, or not damaged by Katrina.

There are also some closed shops in the slums. And that’s a problem, because they take space. Because you could build some apartments instead of a shop no one uses.

The people that live in the slums sometimes try to build up some of the houses, but when it rains it ruins the houses. So they have to build it all up again.
