Global warming and pollution: a call to action

Now a days not many people speak on this subject. They stray away from it; it has become a boring topic. And I’m not going to lie, it has become boring. It’s like we’ve said all there is to say about it. We used to try to make an impact, but people must have lost their enthusiasm.

But we need to open our eyes and ignite the old spirit. We need to save our world at any cost! I’ve even thought about a few things that we could change at my school to help the environment.

First, we need garbage sorting. As I’m writing this, we currently don’t have garbage sorting at my school. We tend to use our regular garbage cans for all our garbage. We all have a single garbage can in our rooms. Our rubbish goes to the outdoor container, this is the only container we have. So that means that whatever type of garbage we’ve got, goes in there. This is bad for the environment. We need garbage sorting. Metal goes in one bin, plastic goes in one bin, cardboard goes in one bin, etc. And all these bins should be set as recyclable material.
