Why can't my children have their privacy for themselves?
Why can't my children have their privacy for themselves? That's the question I'm asking my children's school right now. I can't understand why you need to have cameras at students’ bathrooms.
I think it’s wrong because our kids are allowed to have their private lives when they're in the school`s bathrooms. Bathrooms are where you are in peace at the school.
Many of the students are girls who are puberty and they are allowed to be in peace when they have their period.
I think it's wrong and I know I wouldn't go to the bathroom if I knew there were cameras filming one. I have a girl at school and she says she would feel offended if they film her when she has her period.
It's a shame that someone's going to have to destroy it for so many students- yes there are someone bullying in the bathrooms, but if you really want to bully, you always find a way. I know that is will not stop, even if the school get cameras.
I also think it's a lot of money to spend on the new cameras that you can spend on other things like new IT equipment, new border and chairs and better toilet conditions. During my school time, you could never break students' private lives.
