Hello, my name is chad I’m 16 years old and from Spain and, decided that I wanted to be an exchange student in America.
The first few days with my host family felt a bit awkward, but as I got more comfortable speaking with them so did, they. The first day at school was easy, for most of the day we just got books and talked, it was a bit hard to find people to talk with, so I just walked around with the biggest group and, only spoke when asked.
As the days turned to weeks, I found me some friends, and spoke much more fluent English.
then one day in mis bakers class I noticed a girl, I knew her from somewhere but couldn’t put my mind on it, so when the class was over I went over to her and asked where I knew here from, she said we talked at party last week, she also said we only spoke for a few minutes and, I probably forgot it by then, I said cool and went home but I couldn’t stop thinking about her
The next day I went up to her during lunch and asked for her number, she happily gave to me and I thanked her. The next day after school I texted her about the classes we had together and how we got to much homework they give us, you know stuff like that
