My story with Mark Zuckerberg My story with Mark Zuckerberg Long story short. I remember starting on Harvard next door to a guy named Mark. At first, I didn't think much of him. He wasn't popular, just a regular guy. He was incredibly smart The smartest I’ve ever known. And then from one day to the other, I got an e-mail from him. With a link to “Facemash”, it was like a blog for a couple of students. It was well programmed and looked professional so I asked him “Mark, why don't you make this public?” At first, he didn't think much of it and suddenly entire Harvard was on it. Everyone had a profile and it was a super-easy way to communicate with other students. I became interested in the Facebook. I so I became good friends with Mark. I kept coming up with ideas for the website. Some good, some worse. I felt blessed to be involved, with the strong feeling that it will become something big. We send more and more invites to other universities and overnight it became an internet sensation. We got emails for requests to join facebook. Marks roommate Dustin said Facebook sounded better than The Facebook. So Mark updated the site and made a lot of improvements and it became even more popular. With millions of profiles on the site. I respectfully turned down an offer of 25% of the company and the earnings. I felt he deserved 100% of all credit and income. One year had gone by, fast! Suddenly Mark was the most popular guy on Harvard. Facebook made millions each day by ads and sponsors. Mark sadly dropped out of Harvard due to he had earned enough to live a wealthy life. I lost some contact with Mark, but of course, I kept on using Facebook and following his journey on the internet and news. Being a part of starting Facebook was truly life-changing. A couple of years after Mark reached out to me with a letter. Saying I deserve some credit and some kind of cut. By that time I had finished Harvard and worked as a doctor. But then I quit working for Facebook as a programmer. I never forgot how to program of course, that's it mainly what I did in Harvard. So Mark and I were once again partners. To this day I still work at Facebook. And the rest i history.
