Dear Christina, I am writing to you, to tell you a little about my first week in the new School in USA.when I came, I notice the school is very deferent in the way they dress, compared to us in Denmark. They all had the same matching uniform, the boys had a shirt and, tie with long black pants, and the girls had shirt and tie like the boys, but instead of trousers they had a black skirt on.
The school was very different in the way it looks. The corridors are much bigger then in Denmark, actually everything is much bigger in USA, the cars are bigger, the roads, the tress and the schools. I found out that they also had a canteen, which turned out to be why the rest didn't bring packed lunches like the Danes, so that day I was very full. After we had eaten our food in the cantina. we had Spanish, which was a completely new subject for me. therefore, I was nervous. But luckily Steven was there to help me, he told me to calm down and relax, the teacher was very nice he said. Steven have had Spanish for 7 years, so he's good at it.It turned out not to be too bad. After some days I have also got many new friends. Particularly, Steven, I meet him on the soccer field. He was on the same team as me, and when we played the match together, he made an exceptional pass which resulted in me, scoring a brilliant goal, from the left side of the field, in the last minutes of the game. The audience were cheering and celebrating my goal. The match was over, and we got to the locker-room. The coach told me I played well. It was my best experience of the week.
