As you may know, I moved to USA with my parents. I have had a wonderful and exciting first week here in the USA. I have gotten lots of new friends. They are all so sweet.
The school environment in the USA is quite different from Denmark. There is a huge amount of students here, it is crazy. There are people everywhere. The school halls are so crowded, you almost cannot get through.
Also the timetable is a really new and different thing for me. Each time we have a new period, we have to change classroom. We never sit in the same room all day, like we do in Denmark.
That reminds me, yesterday, after the lunch break, I had math. I lost track of where my friends were, and I got lost. I was so scared, and it was extremely embarrassing. I could not believe I got lost. I eventually ended up at the right place, but 30 minutes late. The teacher was so nice, she said it was totally okay, and that it happens to all the new students. I was a little released I wasn't the only one who got lost, but it was still embarrassing.
