Forrest Gump: En personlig beretning

Hi, my name is Forrest, Forrest Gump, and I would like to tell you about some of the most memorable moments of my surprisingly interesting life. As a youngling my mom always used to say “life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get“ and I definitely got some stuff I did not expect as a kid I only really had one friend, her name was Jenny, I met Jenny on the bus to my first day off public school, I wasn’t a very smart kid, but my mom was a miracle worker and somehow got me into public school.

I did not really know what I wanted to do with my life, so therefore I joined the army, in the army I met my 2nd ever friend, Benjamin Bufford, or Bubba as everybody called him. Bubba had a weird obsession with shrimp and the shrimping business, bubba told me everything he knew about shrimp. A little later Bubba and I were sent to the war in Vietnam. We were sadly ambushed, I managed to get him to safety, but it was too late, Bubba had been impaled by a piece of wood, and had died right in my arms, his last words were “I want to go home“ When I was saving Bubba something bit mee, later I found it was a bullet that had hit me right in the buttocks.
