It's a dream come true to be standing here in the city that never sleeps aka New York visiting a friend for 1 week. As soon as I stepped out of the airport in New York I thought that this was just like walking out of a movie.
I noticed right away upon leaving the airport how crowded the sidewalk was, how loud the cars were, and how busy the street was compared to home
My first day was already planned. It was all about seeing the Statue of Liberty one of the most famous tourist attractions in the world which represents a Roman goddess and is 93 meters tall. It was amazing and incredible, and it must have taken a lot of time and effort to build I also heard its face is modeled after the artist mothers face which is sweet.
I then went to the empire state building which is in Manhattan. It once had the title of world's tallest building, but that title was lost in 1971,
Before coming here, I did some research and found out that it had the highest floor at 102 feet.
I've had a wonderful time thus far, and my last stop is one of the most famous places in Manhattan, known as Time Square. Time Square is the entertainment center of Manhattan and is one of the liveliest areas I've been to. There was nothing I couldn't find, they had bars, restaurants, and even an aquarium.
