The song is about Amy, who refuses to attend rehab center for addiction. The lyrics I basically about her self-destruction. Her father and family said she didn’t need that sort of treatment, he didn’t believed that she was an addict, only that she drank because of relationships issues, and she didn’t need rehab. Even though she has been black (she has a problem).

The article tells us about when she was most successful in her career, she struggled with alcohol and drug addiction. How Amy behavior during her tours, she was very unruly and out of control. Many have conspiracy theories about she had brain damage form drugs and alcohol. Which she commented “that’s such a wank thing to say.” But it also tells us all the big and glorious prizes she received as a musician. A magazine also wrote about her unique voice.
