One big change is immigration. The UK now has a points-based system to bring in skilled workers. This was supposed to help with jobs and security, but industries like healthcare and farming are struggling to find enough workers. Since EU citizens no longer have the right to freely move to the UK, many employers have found it difficult to fill roles, especially in sectors that previously relied heavily on European labor.
