Diana Frances Spencer was born on July 1st 1961 at Park House near Sandringham, Norfolk.
Diana had two older sisters Sarah and Jane and a younger brother Charles.
When Diana was six her parents got divorced, and Diana's father got custody of the four children. They all went to live in Northampton shire.
Here Diana went to elementary school, Riddles worth Hall, before she in 1974 went to West Heath boarding school near Sevenoaks, Kent.
She left the boarding school in 1977 and went to finish school in Switzerland. When she came back to London, after a year, she started working as a kinder garden teacher at a School in Pimlico.
In 1975 her farther became the eighth Earl Spencer which made Diana a Lady.
Diana and Prince Charles romance began in 1980, when they had their first date. Actually they had known each other for many years, and Prince Charles had earlier been dating Diana’s older sister Sarah.
Already from the start, there seemed to be something special between Diana and the Prince even though there was an age difference on 12 years. He was to be king and she seemed to be the perfect queen. She was pretty, nice and caring, and had great taste in clothing. She was a real role model.
