I have chosen this topic, because I’ve heard many good things about Princess Diana. So I was interested to know more about this person.
Who was Diana Spencer?
Diana was born in 1961 into an old, aristocratic English family with royal connections.
When she was done with the school, she moved to London. Diana had a great fondness for children. She began working with children, eventually becoming a kindergarten teacher. Later she married Prince Charles and became a member of the British royal family. And actually she was one of the most adored members of the royal family.
What has she done to make a difference?
The princess was the most noted for her charity work and public stance against landmines. Her interest in landmines was focused on the injuries they create, often to children. Diana was the president of the hospital for Children. She was a part of many organizations working with the homeless, youth, drug addicts and so on.
How did she die?
She died in a car crash in Paris. It happened in 1997. It was a big sorrow for every English man, especially for Prince Charles and their sons. Many people still think that the crash had been planned by somebody.
