'Fun in the Sun': En personlig refleksion

1. Fun in the sun?I enjoy the sunny weather, because there are so many things to do in warm weather, than cold weather. I can go to the beach, with my friends and swim, I can get tan, I can shop for more summer clothes, I can barbecue, I can play on the beach, and I really like sun, it is so pleasant. I live close to a fun park, ‘Faarup Sommerland’ is it called, I don’t come there any more, but my brother and sister does, but they are also only 4 and 6 years old. I once got there all the time, and it were really fun, but I prefer the beach, or something else now. I work most of the time in the summer holiday, but when I am outdoor, I go to the beach, I barbecue in the evening, I swim in the ocean, I do many things in the summer and it is with my friends or family, and of course in the holiday there are many parties, that is nice. I don’t know why, but my mood is just better, when there is sunny weather.

But everything can’t be good, when you’re out in the sun, you have to think about you can get sunburned, and god it hurts! You can hardly lie down, it is really terrible. I get sunburned very fast and I hate it. You have to think about it, not only because it hurts, but also because you can get cancer and skin damage. Other bad things are that you can get wrinkles, and eye damage. But of course there is protection against the sun, you can take clothe on so you don’t get any sun, but it is bad not getting any sun I think, but then you can use sunscreen, sunglasses, maybe wear a hat and seek shade. It would be a disaster, if we only could spend a limited time in the sun, because of the dangers I think, so it is good that sunglasses and sunscreen and that stuff has been invented. But my opinion is that it is enough with sunscreen, I don’t wanna think about those stuff all the time, you only got one life, and I would rather have some fun while I can.I think other people like the sunny weather, for the same reason as me, the fun, get tan, barbecue and you spend more time with your friends and family. But one thing I have not mentioned is vacation, other people maybe most families, are travelling to other countries in the summer, and camping too. I think that is also why they like the sunny weather, because it reminds them that they soon are going on a great vacation. The reason why I have not mentioned it, is because it is a long time ago, since we have been on vacation, so it is not what I think of when I hear someone say ‘sunny weather’. I think of, beach, heat, water, friends, tan, summer holiday, parties and fun. And you are more together with you’re friends and family, that’s nice, and that is why I like sunny weather.
