Sit down quietly, just where you are. Feel the grains of sand gently between your fingers. There are as many grains of sand in the world as in stars in the universe. Think about how a tiny seed can grow, and become the prettiest rose with dainty but sturdy leafs. The seawater waves in the light chilly breeze. Maybe it’s a tempest where you are, or maybe the sun is up high in the crystal blue sky. Notwithstanding it’s beautiful. I know it’s incomprehensibly wonderful, if you let it happen. It is as easy as falling off a log. Take a deep breath. Take two.
Right now tears of joy streams down two new parents face. They just gave birth to a fragile little creature. This tiny individual just started a whole new life. A blank slate. It can choose to be whatever it wants.A man just proposed his love of his life. Indescribably things are happening.Right now a feeling depressed beyond words is running through every part of two new parent’s soul. Their newborn baby didn’t make it. It didn’t get the change to change the world.
