Dear British Telecom.I think the perfect place of work, is a place where the employers can think creative. A work place where they can be relaxed, and feel comfortable. One of the things, to make it perfect place to work, are flexible time. The employer don’t have to come at 7 am, in the morning. Just between 7 am and 9 am, and then work that longer in the afternoon. Some have kids and will have to walk them to school. Another thing could be fitness in the work time. Many test have show than, many employers work much better because the power of concentration are refresh. Sport is often a thing many people like, and it don’t have to be more than 20 minutes of the day. The social life at the workplace is also very important! That is properly the most important thing! If you want motivate the employers, then is it very important that they like each other. Make the workplace have tickets to soccer or the cinema. Then have the employers something to talk about, and is motivated to go to work.
The employer will also need the right tools. If it is a office then do they need good chairs and tables. The light in rooms, do also have to be comfortable.For me, a perfect place to work is a place where I can see achievements. In the start of a period, me and my boss, make some goals. If I then make the goal, over a period, I will get a bonus or a reward.
