Dear Sir
We are all aware of the many retailers dealing with counterfeit products, and the seriousness of the substantial problem. We are, as indicated, unable to seize all the counterfeit products, but it is essential that you are aware of our abilities to manage inconvenient situations like this.
As you must now assume, we have a solution to this problem. It is very important that you notice that it is not only the entire industry, but also the authorities who seek to stop retailers, who contravene quota regulations.
Counterfeit products will continue to come onto the market no matter what we do. We can only try to prevent as much as we can. Although that is the case, there will always be people, who wish to buy the real brand.
In order that we may ensure that the consumers will buy our product, instead of our competitors, we must retain our current position. I looked into the matter, and in future we must promote ourselves more and introduce a new collection of handbags and perfumes, since there is a growing market for it. We have already done much by opening a new store in London, where there are many potential customers. It was also a great move to bring our new ‘special edition’ black jeans onto the market in Europe. This will increase our sales, hence increasing our revenue.
