I want to start out by thanking you for your order. The team and I at Tesla, Inc are very thankful, for the opportunity to give you and NHS the greatest car experience. We will always have our costumers in frontline and make sure to give you all the best experience.

When that is said, we have come across a few delays regarding an important part for the making of the car. The way we make our cars is by a chip shipped from China in the electronic components that makes sure the car is functioning. Therefore because of a 10-month delay from our delivering company, I am sorry to announce to you, that we are not able to deliver your cars before we have the chip in our hands. We hope this will not affect your willingness to collaborate with us. We will be trying our hardest to get the chips here earlier, but we unfortunately can not make any promises on that matter.

But instead as a little apology gift, we have decided to give you a discount of 20% for the inconvenience. On top of that amazing discount, we will also be giving you the 10th Tesla free of charge with the first year’s insurance. We hope by this you will give us a chance to make this experience a good one.
