Disturbed: bandbiografi

Disturbed is a band from Chicago, which got formed in the year 1996. They got formed by these musicians. The bass player Steve "Fuzz" Kmak, the guitarist Dan Donegan and the drummer Mike Wengren, when they hired David Draiman as singer and said yes to it. In 1999 the band broke through, with the song “stupidfy” and then the album “the sickness” which gave them more success. After being a part in Ozzy Osborne’s “Ozzfest” in 2001 they started their “music as a weapon tour” in September 2002. After that they made, their second album “believe” in 2003. This had debut in #1. After a while the bassist left the band, because of personal reasons. Then John Moyer took his place. But he wasn’t confirmed, as a fulltime member yet. But they said that when Kmak was in the band, they weren’t the same personal or musical. Recently they band toured with “10 years” and “lll nino”. The 7th of June 2006 Draiman said in a radio show, that they might be in that year’s “Ozzfest” but later he claimed, that he never said it. This gave a lot of critics at the message board, on their website. Later it was removed by the band. But later it was confirmed, that they actually was going to play at the “Ozzfest” were they was going to play, with other popular bands like “system of a down”. In April 2006 they completed a tour, with the Australian band “KoRn” for helping them.
