Skolerejse til London med 9. klasse

It went really not up to me as we sat in the plane from Heathrow airport, we were actually on the way. The trip that I had been looking forward to for weeks, was started, now it is still a little sad to think this was our last trip with school, with 9.a, so there was just the best of it here trip, it would be a trip that I would remember for a long time and it must be said that it was. The whole week was very instructive, we saw quite a different culture, there was business men everywhere, men and women in suits and with their mobiles glued to their ears. It was completely different compared to if you take a trip to Copenhagen.The first night, Sunday night, we spent in Stansted, London airport the next day we came to the hotel where we had an hour or so already on the plane, I was impressed, though it was dark when we arrived, it was fantastic. All the light that shone beautifully the whole city up, I could not wait to see the rest of the city, down to earth. The whole week was totally amazing, though I've been to New York, I think that London is an incredibly beautiful and wildly exciting, I'm really impressed with all the beautiful buildings, but one thing I particularly noticed was how polite people are over in London when you go into a shop, there will immediately go and ask if there is anything she or he can help, and we girls are called darling, etc. It is amazing how polite and friendly people . And their security system's surveillance everywhere, and police in the streets, wherever you look, they really have control of things are over, I think it best we Danes could learn a little, to be honest.London Dungeon and St. Paul's Cathedral, made particular impression on me. So with that we humans can accomplish so much, is completely unbelievable, and so is St. Paul's Cathedral, the stunning building, both outside and inside, you come up against a lot of stairs, into the dark doors, and into a giant large bright room, you look up, there are paintings everywhere. Up a lot of other stairs to get to The Wispering Gallery, where you can stand and whisper into the wall and people on the other side can hear one. Looking over the edge, you can see all the way down to the church itself, but as if it was not enough, then I would up in the Golden Gallery, which I came, quite .. but when you come out from The Wispering Gallery takes you outside where you have views over the whole of London, a bit like The London Eye, which was also an amazing experience. London Dungeon was really an experience I will never forget, it was amazing what we can do with a piece of cloth and some paint. But all in all, the whole week a uforglemlig week, with a lot of wonderful people, a trip that will never be forgotten. But it was also very nice to come home and sleep a few hours on Fridays.
