``Turn around, I’m talking to you, ´´ shouted Dad. ``How many times have I told you to keep away from those kids? They’re nothing but trouble and up to no good.´´

Dad was right. My brother was heading for trouble. Something had to be done and I knew how to help him. All I have to do, is to set him on the right track leading to the happy place, instead he’s heading straight down to hell. I MUST set him on the right track. I will start helping my brother tomorrow. All night long I thought about my brother. How I could help him. What I could do, to keep him safe. What I could do! I fell asleep 05:15 and woke 08:30 because my clock was ringing like hell. This is the day I’m going to save my brother from this madness. Dad shouted yet again at my brother, but this time I could hear Mom cry. I walked down the stairs, and I could see my brother’s face. He was beaten. Dad was furious. Mom cried hysterically. She screamed and cried, and Dad shouted and yelled. It almost looked like he was going to kill my brother. But this time I just stood there and looked at my Brother. I just stood there, looking deep into he’s eyes and thought ``fucking idiot´´. I bet h could feel my anger, because I had a straight face all the time I looked at him. Then I turned around and, thought ``fuck it, I’m not helping any violent loser´´. The day after he was okay again, but had some small injures in the face. I said to him ``what happened last night? ´´ He said; ``I was in a fight. He threatened my family, and I punched him in the mouth´´. I was thinking what the hell he was thinking about. I said to him that he should think a little about his family, because they’re the one who loves him the most. Including me. I said to him that I loved him, and then he sat down and stared into nothing. He just stared. I walked out, and realised that this was the first time I said to my brother I loved him. Then I could hear him go to bed, and a little after he was sleeping. Next morning a whole new brother was in the house. He walked down the stairs and it sounded like there was happiness in his voice. Mother was happy too, she also talked with him yesterday, and Dad did too. So did I? But I felt like there was nothing who helped him, I thought it was a facade. And I was right. The same day I caught him, smoking a joint with his friends. I ran home, and told Mom and Dad it. My brother came home, and I told him to go see Mom and Dad upstairs. He walked quiet upstairs, and then I didn’t see him for 2 months. Mom walked upstairs with food to him every day, and Dad was never upstairs, meaning he didn’t talked to my brother for 2 months.
