I can’t wait to see you and your family either. I was thinking about showing you Copenhagen, because it’s such a lovely city! And as I may have mentioned, Måløv is a pretty boring town, and it’s probably more of a village, with all the fields and animals. There is a little area downtown, where most of the houses are at least a hundred years old! And our church was built in year 1100, I’m also going to show you that one day.
As I mentioned, I’m planning to show you Copenhagen and Christiania particularly. You have may heard of it, it’s a part of Copenhagen where all the funny people live. I really think you will like it. It’s a whole lot different from anything else in Denmark. I won’t tell you much more about it, it’s one of the places you just have to experience by being there yourself.
What I had in mind for the trip, is that we would get up around 8 ore 9 o’clock, and pack a bag of the most needed things, so as water and soda or something like that, - money of course, and then walk through the village to the station, it’s not a long walk, about 500 meters or so, nothing crazy. Then take the train to Vanløse st., where we will get off the train, and take the metro the rest of the way. I want you all to see Københavns Hovedbanegård (the central station of Copenhagen), because it’s actually pretty impressive, now where I think about it. Then I thought about going to Strøget (it’s the name of a part of Copenhagen), and get some brunch on a café. I’ll let you pick which one when we get there.
