En 14-årigs tanker om et besøg i England

Hi there, thank you for the letter. I would like to write back to you guys.

I would like to start with telling a little about me. My name is [NAVN A] and I’m 14 years old. I come from Denmark, and I live in a city named Hobro. In my spear time I’m swimming synchronized swimming. It’s like dancing, just a little bit harder and then it’s in water. It takes a lot of the time I got. I have both of my parents and a little sister. Oh yes, and a dog – a sweet little one.

I have been thinking about why I want to visit your country. I think that it’s great for me that I can learn some more of English. I had been there once before, but only for a quick visit. And there was SO many things that I would like to see, but we didn’t have the time. I’m so happy that I got this opportunity.

I have had some thoughts about what I would like to see when I’m over there. I would really like to go to London. It’s one of my biggest dreams. All the shops, the cars and just the city. And then of course the Olympian stadium. I would also like to see how the country looks. Is there a different between Denmark and England. Exiting. And how the children are going to school. I know that most of them are wearing a uniform. We aren’t in Denmark. Is that a good thing, I would like to find out.
