Al Capone was born on January 17, 1899 in Brooklyn, New York he was one out of seven children his Father's name is Gabriel and mother Teresa Capone they came to the United States from Italy in 1893 his father was barber. Capone attended school through the sixth he beated his teacher one day and was himself beaten by the school's principal afterward. Al Capone got to know that best was being rich and with that he learned it would be unfair things that gives fastest success. Capone had some jobs but he got his time with a gangster named Johnny Torrio that hired him to work in a bar and Torrio know that Capone wasn't against violence so Capone beat people who were unable to pay back the loans in that time Capone learned more and more about the criminal world. in a fight in a bar Capone got a razor blade on he's cheek witch gave him the nickname SCARFACE.

Capone appeared before the federal grand jury in Chicago on March 20, 1929 and completed his testimony on March 27. As he left the courtroom, he was arrested by agents for contempt of court, an offense for which the penalty could be one year in prison and a $1,000 fine. He posted $5,000 bond and was released.
